Return & Refund policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address mentioned in the invoice with your products.

Please Note, Return courier charges should be paid by customer end.

Damages and items missing issues

After receiving the products, An opening video should be take and share (without cut, past, pause & edit) is mandatory to claim for missing items or exchange in case of damage. Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective,missing, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refund / Exchange

No cash returns are accepted. Only exchange is available if the items is damaged.

Any used items received in return would not be applicable for the exchange.
